A General Facilitator facilitates the ‘Conversations’ game for a fee to private or non-profit groups of people. This excludes corporate, government and educational organizations.
General Facilitators receive local training and global certification based on a standard process developed in Australia.
General Facilitators will:
- Maintain the ‘Conversations’ values of integrity, honesty and fun
- Conduct the ‘Conversations’ in a professional, ethical and caring manner
- Create a safe environment for all participants
- Maintain confidentiality within all ‘Conversations’ events
General Facilitators are able to:
- Charge a fee for facilitating ‘Conversations’
- Publicize game events on the ‘Conversations’ message board on the website
- Create dialogue and use the discussion bulletin board on the website
- Refer anyone interested in facilitation certification and retain a referral fee
- Receive support through newsletters and direct contact with coordinators

Corporate facilitators need to have a business background and a deeper understanding of the concepts found in the tool. There is a larger emphasis on having work experience in organizational development, performance improvement or management consulting.
Corporate facilitators use ‘Conversation’ for private, government and corporate groups. They can facilitate team-building games for small, medium and large size corporations, as well as facilitate workshops for government, educational and private groups.
They receive local training and global certification based on a standard process developed in Australia.
Corporate Facilitators will:
- Maintain the ‘Conversations’ values of integrity, honesty and fun
- Receive training manual and scenarios to facilitate successful workshops
- Practice alternative ways to use ‘Conversations’
- Learn to use a fourth level, specifically designed for corporate applications
- Receive a corporate edition of ‘Conversations’
Corporate Facilitators are able to:
- Offer workshops for small, medium and large size corporations
- Facilitate ‘Conversations’ for government, educational and private groups
- Use ‘Conversations’ as part of their own training program or corporate promotion
- Operate as a General Facilitator for schools and universities
