About Susan
 Susan Nielsen serves leaders, individuals and workplace teams to get to the “Big A-ha!” that inspires forward action. Using individual coaching and group facilitation, Susan helps clients bridge the gap between current and desired personal and professional success.
With a Master’s degree in Training & Human Resource Development and Bachelor’s degrees in English and Mathematics Susan has over 15 years experience in change management and leadership development as an internal consultant. She received her business coach training through the Resource Associates Coaching Academy and is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator instrument. She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute’s Leadership program.

About Louise
Louise M. Dobish specializes in developing human performance in large organizations within the framework of their established competency development model. Her approach to corporate coaching tunes in to the inherent needs of human beings, growing skills and patterns of ideas that support intrinsic motivation, improve self awareness and the willingness to partner with others for new results.
With educational background in organization theory, health services organization and policy and degrees in sociology and computer science, Louise has served a variety of clients since 1984. Her current services compliment and enable organization development and training organizations. She excels at facilitating Conversations workshops and releasing fear and anxiety that might hold clients back so they can establish habits of thoughts that affirm the mental vision of their successful self and use more of the power of their subconscious mind.

About Jeff
Jeff Johnston serves organizations in a variety of improvement endeavors, including organizational strategic planning, leadership development and improving business processes. He is a Business Coach and Improvement Facilitator of Johnston Technical Services, LLC where his clients have achieved strategic alignment, realized significant reductions in business process cycle times, improved managerial leadership skills and teamwork throughout their organizations.
With a Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering & Mechanics from the University of Minnesota and a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, Mr. Johnston has twenty-three years of experience working in the defense, automotive machine tool industries and professional services organizations. He is a certified affiliate of Resource Associates Corporation, a nationally recognized organization specializing in leadership development for professionals.

About Arno
Arno Ilic brings extensive experience both from the private and government sectors providing coaching and leadership skills for front line management, aligning organizations with their mission statements through performance appraisals; developing attendance management programs, change management, labour relations, alternate dispute resolution and internal productivity controls.
A graduate of Mohawk College specializing in Industrial Management, Arno has experience in the electronics, textile, retail, shoe manufacturing industries and management consulting in the private sector and government operations as well as several positions within Canada Post.
